TLT CON is more than an annual conference for young adults. It is a leadership experience carefully designed to train & equip TLT - Tomorrow’s Leaders TODAY! Each applicant accepted is eligible for a need based tuition scholarship for 50-100% of tuition ballance after deposit.

Tuition Includes: 7-day/6-night hotel accommodations at the Hilton Home2 Pompano Beach, courtesy airport pick-up/drop-off; all meals; life-changing experiential leadership & personal development program; hands-on activities; course materials/supplies including Tall Trees Leadership Profile Assessment code and custom coaching report; expert facilitators, 1 mentor per every 4 students, support staff, expert guest speakers; special events; TLT CON shirt, parent/guardian IMPACT luncheon, TLT completion ceremony;, certificate, commemorative pin, letter of recommendation & service hour verification.

Tuition Policies
Please indicate scholarship need*
TLT's parent organization Elev8Life makes scholarship funding possible for eligible applicant families. If need is indicated, a scholarship application will be emailed for your quick response. Collaboration is required in funding the TLT Candidate's scholarship account.
In completing this application, I acknowledge, fully understand, and agree to the following:
Deposit of $250 at the time of application is required for the application to be complete, thereby holding the candidate's spot.
Any unpaid balance is DUE by midnight, June 30th; after which, $250 late fee will automatically apply
Deposits are non-refundable. May be transferred to general scholarship fund or a specific person.
After the start of TLT CON, no portion of tuition is refundable; except by serious hospitalization due to injury or sickness occurring while at TLT CON in which case a pro-rated amount will be credited.
Participants may utilize Elev8Life's Funding Assistance program until midnight July 9, 2023. Amount raised by the participant will be directly applied to their account ballance.
